WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Sub-Contractor Management : Responsible for scheduling daily tasks and ensure quality and completion as they relate to scope of work.
- County & Community Requirements : Read and interpret blue prints and building codes to adhere to the requirements. Ensure safety per OHSA guidelines.
- Communication : Good writing skills are a necessity when communicating with team members, customers, sub-contractors and County officials.
- Homeowner Interactions : Meet with customers on a regular basis, setting proper expectations of the building process.
- Variance Control : Create and manage budgets for each project including supplies, material and labor.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years' experience within the home building industry.
