The idealcandidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensiveinstruction and ensuring that students receive the highest qualityeducation in massage therapy techniques andpractices.
Responsibilities :
- Provideinstruction in massage therapy techniques and practices tostudents.
- Develop and implement lesson plansthat adhere to the curriculum and standards set by Medical DynamicsInc.
- Evaluate student performance and provideconstructive feedback to help students improve theirskills.
- Maintain accurate records of studentattendance performance and progress.
- Assist inthe development and updating of instructional materials andresources.
- Ensure a safe and supportivelearning environment for all students.
- Staycurrent with industry trends and advancements in massage therapy toprovide the most uptodateinstruction.
- Participate in faculty meetingstraining and professional developmentopportunities.
Requirements :
- A minimum of 3year of experience as a practicing massagetherapist.
- Current and valid massage therapylicense.
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Strong organizationalskills and attention to detail.
- Ability to workcollaboratively with other instructors andstaff.
- Passion for teaching and helpingstudents achieve their educational goals.
- Basiccomputer skills for maintaining records and utilizing instructionaltechnology.
