Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales and Revenue : Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, and corporate relationships.
- Lead Business Development Efforts : Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities with businesses, brands, and community organizations.
- Lead andTrain Sales Teams : Mentor and guide junior sales representatives, helping them refine their skills and achieve performance targets.
- Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets : Consistently meet or surpass revenue goals.
