The Loyalty and Email Marketing Manager plays a key role in the design, development, execution, and optimization of Bargain Hunt’s email marketing and loyalty programs.
The Manager will be responsible for both the optimization of loyalty and email efforts and the modeling, analysis, and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
This position requires a blend of innovative thinking, analytical rigor, marketing technology experience, and customer focus.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities associated with the overall success and growth of Bargain Hunt’s loyalty and email marketing programs.
- Track and report on loyalty and email marketing KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use data and insights to identify actionable customer segments within email marketing and loyalty program databases.
- Recommend promotions and strategies that drive store visits, customer spend, and loyalty member engagement; execute, measure, and report on approved recommendations.
- Build test and learn strategies to improve loyalty communications including sign-up and redeem CTAs both online and in-store.
- Build and maintain marketing automations and workflows in HubSpot to drive customer engagement and retention (i.e. loyalty account emails, birthday coupon emails, re-engagement series)
- Work with members of marketing and merchandising teams to identify ad items for email marketing efforts and collect item descriptions, pricing information, and photography.
- Work with copywriter and designer in the development and execution of multiple weekly marketing emails.
Specifications / Requirements
- 3+ years of email marketing and / or loyalty program experience.
- Marketing experience in retail, QSR, or CPG.
- Demonstrated experience working with loyalty and email platforms and data.
- High degree of comfort working with data to develop insights and actionable recommendations.
- Proficient in using marketing automation technology (HubSpot experience preferred).
- Experience working with Microsoft D365 and Power BI or similar platforms a plus.
- Experience with email and SMS workflow / communications automation tools.
- Knowledge of latest loyalty and email marketing trends.
- Build and maintain marketing automations and workflows in HubSpot to drive customer engagement and retention (i.e. loyalty account emails, birthday coupon emails, re-engagement series)
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator
