Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple heavy civil construction projects. You will streamline processes, leverage your industry network, and ensure operational efficiency for large scale projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Standardize and optimize processes across business units.
- Implement new technologies to improve operational performance.
- Lead troubleshooting and provide guidance to project teams.
- Conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Analyse and report data to support management decisions.
Qualifications :
- 8+ years in heavy civil construction operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and technology skills.
- Extensive industry network and experience optimizing project workflows.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
