Hiring Trades Shop Hand candidates in Louisville

In this entry level role to get your foot into a trade you will be doing many of things in the shop. You will be helping prep material / product, masking and unmasking painted parts, move material, assemble material, use various hand and power tools, and more.

This will get you exposed to a lot of different skills so you can figure out which way you want to take your career.

Pay : $18.00hr

Shift : 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 5 : 00AM - 1 : 30PM

Growth opportunities :

With this company there is almost an endless amount of growth. Since you will be starting off in their entry level role you can go many of paths such as;

leadership, machine operating, welding / fabricating, painting / powder coating, engineering, maintenance, and more.

• There will be a lot of cross training in a lot of the departments so that you can figure out what you want to do long term.
• There is also a review after 6 months of being eligible for a raise if you are doing well.
• You also will be able to get your benefits completely paid by the company if you are under 70k / year.

Qualifications :

• Mechanically inclined
• Previous experience in a production / manufacturing / fabrication environment
• Eagerness to learn a trade
