About the Role :
The Banquet Manager oversees the department responsible for the coordination and execution of all banquet events at the resort. This role requires leadership of a team that is selected and trained to provide the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. This individual must be a hands-on manager to work banquet events, directing the service staff and handling all client needs and requests in an expeditious manner. The Banquet Manager works closely with the resorts Catering / Events and Culinary teams during the preparation and delivery of events to ensure OKANAs quality standards of food and service are maintained.
