Experience : More than one year

Skill Level :

Maintain the overall quality and performance standards set forth by GSM Services and its leadership team. Provide Comfort & Peace of Mind to your customers and co-workers

Work will be required outside, in crawlspaces, and attics

Help salesperson to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Follow defined installation procedures for all home performance related retrofit work according to company instructions / policy, manufacturer installation instructions, and salesperson notes

Identify and solve problems that might prevent the completion of work within budgeted time stands, while maintaining quality

Clean equipment / work area

Start-up new equipment and verify correct operation

Ensure complete customer satisfaction and / or salesperson / leader sign-off upon completion of work

Return unused material and inventory

Keep assigned vehicle organized and clean

Perform / assist with maintenance if needed

Perform / assist with service / repair work if needed

Identify and suggest opportunities for quality and cost improvement

Other duties as needed

Requirements :

Valid driver's license (maintain safe driving record)

Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws for home service companies and by company insurance carrier(s)

Must be able to wear and work with a respirator on (must be respirator certified)

Ability to follow / perform installation procedures for home performance retrofit work in homes

Ability to perform minor field fabrication

Ability to utilize one and two-part spray foam equipment

Ability to use insulation blowing equipment

Ability to use fiberglass installation equipment

Ability to lift 75 pounds

Standard technician tools

Neat, clean, professional appearance

Leadership Level :

Lead up to 5 crew members

Responsible for reporting all time for all team members
