In January 2023 Future4Me was graded as Outstanding’ by His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Prisons and Probations. Future4Me is a forward thinking team embedded within Lincolnshire Council's Children's Services which were deemed to be Outstanding’ by Ofsted in April 2023.
About the role :
The Practice Supervisor assists the Team Manager in the efficient and effective delivery of the service. They provide supervision to a team of Senior Early Help Support Workers who line manage case work within the team.
They are responsible for the standards of Children's Services practice and the delivery of the directorate's statutory duties and responsibilities within the vision of the service directly supervising casework by Youth Justice Officers.

Applicants will need to evidence that they have key competencies which include an enhanced understanding of risk assessment and management and a clear focus on safeguarding Young People and children.
Extensive post qualification experience in a relevant Children’s Services or Criminal Justice environment with a detailed knowledge of the legislative framework that governs Youth Justice is essential.
