As a Reservationist Sales Agent, you will handle reservations and sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to clients interested in travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or online chat. Assist customers in booking reservations for travel accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.
Provide information on travel destinations, pricing, and availability. Up-sell and cross-sell additional services and amenities to enhance the customer experience.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions. Stay informed about current promotions, travel trends, and industry developments.
Requirements : Must be at least 18 years of age. Reside and have work authorization in the specified country. Possess a smartphone or computer with a stable internet connection.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. No previous experience necessary;
