Job Requirement :
- 6+ years of salesforce experience with at least 4 years of end-to-end salesforce transformation projects and at least 1 year on custom development experience
- Bachelor’s / Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance or a similar field of study,
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
- Minimum Salesforce certifications :
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Application Builder
- Salesforce Platform Developer (Good to have)
Knowledge, Skill, Abilities, and Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with numerous users.
- Provide day-to-day administration and support of Salesforce solutions including but not limited to - managing profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
- Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.
- Maintain Sandboxes including refreshing / cloning etc.
- Assist in training new users and growing the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills; and effective communication skills to explain methods and findings to team members and audiences.
- Ability to work independently and to set priorities while managing several projects simultaneously; strong attention to detail is essential.
