Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine data entry and verification of provider information in the Provider Data Management SystemContact providers and internal departments to resolve incomplete or incorrect dataGenerate reports for work prioritization and support special projects as neededQualifications, Training, and EducationAssociate degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience1-2 years of experience in a health plan, medical office, hospital, or similar administrationProfessional certification such as CPCS or CPMSM preferred but not requiredBasic to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systemsKnowledge of provider credentialing procedures is preferred
