My client is on the search for a Pilot Plant Engineer to join a dynamic team of engineers and scientists dedicated to advancing carbon capture technologies.
This role involves overseeing the design, development, and optimization of process and plant design across various scales (bench, pilot, commercial).
Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards is paramount for successful operations. This candidate will collaborate with diverse teams of subject matter experts, focused on achieving impactful outcomes within specified timelines.
Desired Qualifications :
- Proficient in lab environments and adept at scaling technologies from bench to pilot scale
- Experienced working in wet labs, conducting experiments and handling chemicals
- Hands on experimental experience at the bench scale
- Experience in chemical process equipment
- Experience or familiarity with CAD software, ideally with an emphasis on prototyping
- Experience with electrochemical systems (fuel cells, electrolyzers) would be ideal but not required
- Enthusiastic about contributing in lean environments and maximizing value across multiple domains.
