Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in HR Business partnership roles guiding and executing strategy, designing and executing global people programs.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with technical or analytical client teams.
  • HR experience in the following areas : organizational design, succession planning, performance management, diversity and inclusion, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.
  • Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across executive audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and verbal format.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$287,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change, shaping and executing comprehensive people plans and business strategies.
  • Manage clear communication of people strategies and implement organizational changes to achieve business goals.
  • Translate company-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) into actionable plans tailored to the specific needs of the client organization, providing feedback to identify potential gaps.
  • Identify talent gaps, organizational shortcomings, and people needs that could hinder business strategy execution, using this analysis to guide resourcing and development initiatives.
  • Support the selection and development of talent, and actively drive organizational health improvements through trend monitoring, cultural analysis, and promotion of a diverse, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
