A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BANQUET EVENT MANAGER
In this important role, you begin your day with the daily BEO meeting to plan upcoming events with our director of conference services.
You'll receive room assignments, address any last-minute changes, and ensure all functions are accurately posted. Throughout the day, you'll maintain continuous communication with our chef, ensure precise room setups, supervise your service team, and oversee the seamless execution of each occasion.
Post-event, you will supervise the cleanup, prepare detailed reports, and ensure guest satisfaction.
