Job Title : Early Childhood Teacher
Salary Range : $18 - $22 per hour for qualified teachers and lead teachers
Hiring Range : $20+ per hour for 7 point Lead Teachers
Position Overview :
We are seeking passionate and experienced Teachers to join our team, specifically focusing on children ranging from toddlers to four year olds.
As a Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating a supportive and enriching learning environment where children can thrive socially, emotionally, and intellectually.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to support the growth and development of children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Establish strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote open communication and collaboration.
- Observe and assess children's progress, and provide feedback to support individualized learning goals.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Continuously engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of Child Care Credentials and an additional 6 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
- Preference of Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, and an equivalent amount of relevant education.
- At least one (1) year of verifiable experience working with young children in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, families, and colleagues.
