Caregiver Grove is looking for passionate professionals who want to grow within our organization. We are a small behavioral health agency headquartered in downtown Toledo.
We serve a diverse population of individuals with the basic philosophy that each client is a person, a family member and a member of a larger community;
and that each client requires a different amount of emotional, physical, psychological, social, and spiritual support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate staff.
- Works closely under the supervision and guidance of on-sight supervisor or his / her designee.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Actively participates in regular individual / group supervision.
- Completes all paperwork required.
- Provides case management functions as needed and directed.
- Observes and participates Diagnostic Evaluations, psychotherapy groups and / or individual sessions with client consent.
- Complete tasks and trainings accurately and within required time frames.
Perform all job duties in a manner that is friendly, considerate, and aligned with the organization’s Mission, Values, Patient Care Philosophy and Standards of Ethical Conduct.
All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters' students in an approved university internship program required.
- Good driving record and valid car insurance required.
- Advanced Computer skills including Excel capabilities with the ability to create reports.
- Strong organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity, judgment, and professionalism.
- Must be analytical and solutions-oriented.
- Ability to work well in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Standing : Maintaining an upright position on the feet, especially for prolonged periods of time
2. Pushing : Applying pressure and exerting force against an object for the purpose of moving it forward or away from the source of the force push or pull force up to 35 lbs.
3. Lifting : Raising an object from a lower to a higher position, or moving an object laterally, from position to position-Required to lift up to 50 lbs of force independently.
May be required to lift over 50 lbs with assistance of another person or a mechanical lift.
4. Stooping : Bending the body forward and down from the waist, hips and knees, sometimes for a prolonged length of time.
5. Reaching : Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction away from the body
6. Balancing : Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery or moving surfaces
7. Ability to safely operate a personal motor vehicle on a weekly basis and comply with the Company's Vehicle Safety Program.
