JOB OVERVIEW :
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for talent and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in forecasting the staffing needs of the company and ensuring that these needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Communication and collaboration are key aspects of this position, as you will be responsible for liaising with various departments to understand their hiring requirements and providing timely updates on the recruitment process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Candidate Pipeline Development :
- Create and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for various roles within the company.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and engage top talent.
Recruitment and Sourcing :
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies to overcome obstacles and challenges in sourcing.
- Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels.
Staffing Fulfillment :
- Take sole responsibility for fulfilling the company's staffing needs, ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and provide recruitment support.
Talent Acquisition :
- Identify, source, and attract top talent for various positions within the company, including store managers, sales associates, and other key roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
Job Posting and Advertising :
- Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Promote the company's brand and values to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Relationship Building :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, industry professionals, and educational institutions.
Recruitment Metrics :
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Compliance :
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Onboarding :
Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture and operations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- At least 6 months of Recruiting experience in related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
