Full-Time Position on tour

Blue Man Group is seeking a dynamic and skilled leader to head their On Tour production. This position reports to the General Manager (GM) and is responsible for overseeing the entire production, with local oversight of health & safety, show operations, finance, human resources, Company Member development & relations, and project management.

The Company Manager and will have a strong arts management background, with knowledge of accounting, HR, and theatrical business operations. The Company Manager sets an example for all Company Members at their location and ensures that Blue Man Group artistic vision and values are communicated and understood throughout the organization. The Company Manager directly or indirectly manages all Company Members at their location. The Company Manager must display exemplary people management skills, superb verbal and written communication abilities, strong interpersonal skills, high energy, creativity, and a collaborative spirit.

Primary responsibilities include :

• Manage daily show operations, in collaboration with direct reports of Senior Production Manager (SrPSM), Production Stage Manager (PSM), and Associate Company Manager (ACM);
• Be responsible for day-to-day local finances of the company and partner with GM to develop and manage annual operating budget;
• In conjunction with GM & SrPM, support implementation of annual capital budget, including resource management, scheduling, and partner communication;
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Management teams to monitor daily sales trends, develop performance calendars, and assess P&L impacts;
• Lead operations meetings, semi-annual local Full-Company Meetings, and attend daily Circle Meetings;
• In conjunction with the ACM, serve as on-site Talent Liaison for Benefits, Payroll, and general employee inquiries;
• Provide support for local PR / Marketing & Sales gigs and events, as needed;
• Serve as liaison with Luxor Hotel & Casino and MGM Resorts teams and foster positive partner relationships;
• Support and uphold the mission and values of Blue Man Group by ensuring a safe and professional working environment;
• Reinforce a positive community atmosphere and Company Member experience;

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic team players with a history of progressive experience in the entertainment industry. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a busy work environment.

This is a full-time, salaried ($80,000 - $88,000 a year), exempt position with benefits, and works a variable schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is an in-person role and will be physically located at the Luxor Hotel & Casino.
