Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a federal consultant
• Experience in client service and interacting with all levels of management
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders to establish and evolve tactical user experience plans in alignment with business strategy
• Experience crafting strategic roadmaps for large-scale websites
• Experience with Figma and working on Agile or Scrum teams
• Ability to give design strategy presentations to internal teams and stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas clearly
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability / Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
