- $325,000 Salary Guarantee
- $50,000 Sign on Bonus / Relocation Combined

- Call 1 : 8 weekday and 1 : 10 weekend with Post Call Day Off
- Work with independent CRNA's; 4 MDA / 6 CRNA Model
