As part of our Digital Activation Team at Thomson Reuters, we are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join us in optimizing webpages and scaling personalized experiences.
The Personalization and Website Optimization Program Manager is responsible for bringing order to the chaos that can be A / B testing, optimization, audience creation, and personalization efforts.
To this end, you will ensure that our initiatives are effectively orchestrated at all levels and that they align with our strategies and objectives.
Most excitingly, you will have the opportunity to help build Personalization as a program level capability from the ground up.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Personalization and Website Optimization Program Manager, you will :
- Bring together cross functional teams (e.g., business units, engineering, product management, data / CPD) in the development of new personalization foundations and test ideas
- Collaborate closely with leaders on turning strategies into plans and actions and build the framework to make these repeatable documented actions
- Help ensure alignment between projects and organizational goals.
- Assess risks and identify mitigation plans
- Develop detailed plans and schedules, monitor progress against plan, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
- Work collaboratively with other functions to ensure quality standards are met throughout the lifecycle of the program.
- Establish clear objectives and measures of success
- Define and track key performance indicators for each program.
- Implement effective communication plan and operating rhythm, including provision of regular and accurate reports both on the tests themselves and on the program itself
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies related to personalization and website optimization
About You
You're a fit for the role of Personalization and Website Optimization Program Manager if your background includes :
- 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A / B testing best practices
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Agile methodology and tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Familiarity with website optimization techniques such as heat mapping, click tracking, and personalization software
- Experience with Adobe suite of products. We use Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Analytics
