About the Role :
- The Executive Director (ED) is the key management leader for the facility, responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization.
- Under the immediate supervision of the Regional Director of Operations, the Executive Director is responsible for fiscal management, ensuring maximum resource utilization, and maintaining a positive financial position.

What We Offer :Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3-5 years senior management experience required.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, with exceptional time management skills.
- Scheduling flexibility REQUIRED to accommodate varied client admissions.
- Must hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and provide own insured transportation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Approve facility expenditures and review account payables reports.
- Review monthly budget, expenses, and prepare variance reports.
- Maintain petty cash and accurate accounting of cash expenditures.
- Oversee accurate census recording and payor source information for billing purposes.
- Monitor recruiting activities to ensure qualified candidates meet staffing needs.
- Adhere to corporate HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor labor hours, overtime, and staffing ratios based on census.
- Review and approve payroll reporting records.
- Ensure employee performance and competency reviews are completed in a timely manner.
- Exemplify professional boundaries, appearance, demeanor, and effective communication.
- Monitor provision and documentation of care, treatment, and services, including EMR audits.
- Acknowledge client concerns and suggestions.
- Review client satisfaction data for organization performance improvement.
- Ensure admission and discharge policies and procedures are followed.
- Ensure care, treatment, and services provided are within the scope of facility licensure.
- Follow facility-wide infection control practices.
- Monitor incident reports for required reporting and follow-up.
- Ensure medication management practices meet professional standards.
- Create and maintain a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain adherence to HIPAA compliance in all communications regarding clients.
- Have working knowledge of state and federal laws in compliance.
- Follow all corporate, regulatory, and accrediting body reporting requirements.
- Oversee environment of care management plans in safety, fire safety, security, and medical equipment.
- Schedule and hold accountable outside vendors for ongoing maintenance and repairs.
- Report capital improvement and expense needs to the corporate office timely.
- Maintain information technology networks and devices in working order.
- Protect and maintain company assets in good working order.
Compensation : $75,000-$95,000 / yr
