Job Summary
Oversees all aspects of a sports program. Recruits athletes, mentors athletes, fosters athletic, emotional, and academic group of student athletes.
Oversees sports equipment, practice plans and schedules, skill development, designs coaching strategies. Oversees public and media relations.
Coordinates team travel and schedule. Adheres to all rules and regulations. Oversees assistant coaching staff.
Essential Functions
Responsible for administering all aspects of the women’s lacrosse program including coaching, promoting, requisitioning and maintaining equipment, supervising assistants, monitoring academic and disciplinary standing of student athletes, and fulfilling other such duties as they arise and are assigned.
