- Ensure all associates are trained on work instructions and assigned tasks accordingly.
- Ensure no weld downtime
- Communicate part shortages with production control and stamping
- Ensure associates work in an effective and efficient manner.
- Able to perform all associate duties as need
- Address all safety issues / violations accordingly
- Respond quickly and effectively when problems arise, seek guidance from Coordinator or Manager when needed.
- Ensure all associates follow FIFO
- Oversee delivery / put away as necessary during sort / containment activities
- Ensure 5S duties are completed by all associated daily
- Follow all policy and procedures
- All other duties as assigned.
