What you will do : As a Registered Nurse RN Case Manager, you will serve as a driver of a collaborative, process which coordinates, monitors, and plans health care services through out the patients illness.

Minimum Qualifications : Education : Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN PreferredLicensure : Current Licensure as a registered nurse RN in ConnecticutExperience : Five years of diversified, progressive experience in acute care and / or other settings within the continuum of Care including an understanding of nationally recognized medical utilization criteria, HCFA / OBRA and state of Connecticut regulatory compliance issues, and JCAHO accreditation accountabilities.
