POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Manager – Event Operations supervises a team to ensure complete client satisfaction throughout all phases of group travel program operation and future year(s) development for entire clientele base. This role supports and develops the department training for new team members and provides ongoing training.

Direct Reports :

• Event Managers (including Senior and Lead)
• Event Coordinators
