Responsibilities :
- Support Condeco sales teams during the entire sales life cycle
- Demo the Condeco product and solutions and expertly discuss the technical capabilities
- Configure demos to solve challenges of prospects
- Ongoing support at Events and will partners and resellers
- Build and champion Condeco's value throughout sales cycle
- Ability to assist with project planning, help define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Support the completion of RFIs and RFPs
- Become a trusted advisor with customers by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs with Condeco solutions.
- Understand and provide knowledge of the Condeco system and products, including configuration, infrastructure, best practices and functionality.
- Able to articulate the company strategy and vision to Customers
- Run customer trials / evaluations
About You :
- 5+ years experience in a client facing function within a SaaS company
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Solid understanding of technical concepts associated with SaaS and Condeco technology stack
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Sales experience with cross selling and upselling experience
- Results focused, flexible, proactive and detail orientated
- Passionate in working closely with customers and sales
- Have a personable presence and strive to achieve long term relationships with customers
- Willingness to work and travel as required nationally and internationally
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
Nice to Have :
- SaaS solution post sales deployment experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform
- Exposure to IT network technologies
