- Coordinate with the LCRA incident management team.
- Maintain and guidelines for emergency management center activation.
- Develop and maintain procedures for internal and external notifications.
- Assume full responsibility of the LCRA Emergency Management Coordinator as required, in his or her absence.
You qualify with :
Nine or more years of experience in emergency management, fire services, law enforcement or emergency medical service or relevant experience.
A degree(s) in emergency management, homeland security, emergency medical response, fire response, law enforcement or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience
- Driver's license
- Successful completion of required National Incident Management System and Incident Command System courses within six months of hire
- Pass the CJIS fingerprint-based background investigation according to the State of Texas standards Maintain currency with all CJIS training requirements
