Job responsibilities :

  • Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the assigned department and administrative operations while working closely with management staff.
  • Prepares correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Makes travel arrangements; manages schedules and calendars, and other similar activities.
  • Resource person regarding department policy, procedures, and practice.
  • Supports the Onboarding process for new hires within nursing, the New Graduate Nurse Residency Program, and Continuing Education related activities.
  • Supports operations associated with Nursing Academic Affairs & Strategic Partnerships.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education : High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • License / Certifications : N / A
  • Experience : Three years of experience in an administrative support role required.
  • Additional Skills / Requirements Required : Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
