We are looking for a hands-on Tech Support Supervisor to lead a small team supporting lithium battery products used in the golf cart industry. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and customer-facing service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and support the tech support team in diagnosing and resolving battery-related issues for golf cart applications.
- Coordinate on-site service visits and training for customers across the U.S.
- Review and maintain accurate service records and case documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring technical problems.
- Handle complex support cases and ensure timely, professional customer responses.
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to service standards and safety protocols.
Requirements :
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsFamiliarity with lithium batteries (Preferred)Associates degree in relative field or equivalent experience is preferred, but not requiredFluent Chinese speaking skill is preferredBenefits :
