Responsible for both minor maintenance jobs and regularly scheduled cleaning tasks. Maintenance jobs would be those that do not require a permit, license or outside expertise that would require a contractor
Responsibilities
- Maintains a clean and safe environment inside and outside the buildings.
- Performs minor maintenance and repair in areas of electrical work, plumbing, mechanical, flooring, patching, irrigation, painting, lighting, carpentry, other minor building repairs and cleanliness as long as a permit is not required to conduct the job.
- Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
PART-TIME 20 Hours per Week
Pay Rate : Up to $20 DOE
