Job Description

The candidate will be working directly at the customer site on a daily basis and will be responsible for gathering industrial parts from specific areas within the manufacturing facility and recording all parts within ERP software (Training will be provided).

Candidate will work closely with customer and suppliers to maintain and follow up on all open transactions. Candidate must have exceptional communication skills and must be able to communicate via phone, email, and in person directly with all parties.

Some physical labor is involved in gathering and shipping parts to and from suppliers.

Brief SOW :

  • Gather industrial machine spare parts that have failed
  • Enter part data in the ERP system for tracking
  • Contact suppliers / vendors
  • Ship parts
