We do this through aligning the sales enablement strategy and managing the key tools to drive success.As a Marketing Technology Manager (Seismic), you will be responsible for the support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Seismic, as well as working with other marketing technologies.
The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge of system management, system configuration / development and content automation.
This individual will be instrumental in supporting our sales and marketing initiatives and contributing to the growth of our business.
This is a hybrid position located in Boston, MA. What you will do :
- Enhance and customize Seismic to meet the evolving needs of the marketing and sales teams while capitalizing on opportunities to optimize its performance and user experience.
- Design and implement custom Seismic solutions, including API integrations and sophisticated configuration setups.
- Build and enhance data pipelines between Seismic and other marketing and sales platforms, ensuring data integrity and real-time synchronization.
- Knowledge of taxonomy, Seismic dynamic rules and overall content management and automation.
- Primary support for the Seismic Platform; Problem resolution, maintain / create Content Profiles, Page design, NewsCenter and LiveDocs
- Stay updated with the latest Seismic APIs, development frameworks and AI capabilities to deploy new features and capabilities in projects.
- Build and maintain comprehensive documentation and system governance for marketing technology processes, tools, and systems.
- Maintain vendor relationships and communicate effectively regarding issues and updates to ensure timely resolution.
- Experience in identifying MVP and building new solutions in a cross functional environment.
What you will bring :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years relative experience with a focus on marketing automation platforms and content management systems.
- Proficiency in using and administering Seismic for content management, sales enablement, and optimizing user engagement.
- Experience with API integration and development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize marketing technology solutions.
- Experience with ESPs and CRM systems (Salesforce) and their integrations with Seismic.
- Understanding of taxonomy, metadata and process implementation.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable leading and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
