About the role
As the Global Clinical Lead Orthodontics (f / m / d) you hold a pivotal and versatile position in our rapidly growing Orthodontics Business Unit (OBU) .
Your responsibilities involves a combination of clinical expertise, stakeholder engagement, feedback management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and support for educational initiatives, clinical trials, and global standards
Essential functions and duties
- Work with regional clinical teams on protocol updates and improvements.
- Customer Feedback review on clinical topics
- Managing & cultivate KOLs to support assigned region.
- Gather feedback from Regional Advisors, KOL orthodontic specialists, and general practitioners to consistently enhance products and services.
- Working with regions on KPIs on measuring clinical teams, working with global team, and building global standards
- Collaborate with other teams to provide consolidated clinical feedback (Operations Tx planning sites CSP team Software team)
- Support Clinical Trials and Scientific / Medical publications.
- Work with global T&E teams to support educational builds and content.
- Support in educational programs locally and globally.
About the the successful candidates we would like to interview :
Preferred qualifications :
- 10-15 years hands on clinical knowledge
- 7 years Orthodontics Degree and Aligner experience
- Ability to work within a team as an individual contributor in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
- Self-starter who needs minimal supervision and able to effectively manage through ambiguity.
Minimum qualifications :
- 7 years of relevant experience in a medical or clinical setting.
- Certifications such as MD, or PhD
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of clinical expertise, stakeholder engagement, feedback management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support for educational initiative, clinical trials, and global standards

Additional information : we welcome applications from candidates living in another alternative locations. Role could be remote in some regions as NAM and APAC.
