Position Description : * Coordinate, structure, implement and guide the delivery of the nursing service program within the facility* Conduct daily clinical rounds* Take and document all patient history and vital signs* Assist with daily triage / sick call, minor medical / surgical procedures and patient assessments* Assist with examinations and / or treatments* Assist in evaluating the quality and effectiveness of clinical services* Assist with orientation and training activities of clinical personnel* Observe and review documentation, orders and patient care plans* Assist with disaster plans and emergency preparation* Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies within the facilityAt NaphCare, we want you to be able to use your skills.
