Nexeo HR is looking to hire a dedicated HOA Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of common areas in residential communities managed by homeowners' associations (HOAs).

The job includes landscaping, minor repairs, and general maintenance to ensure the community looks great and functions smoothly.

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance : Perform routine upkeep of common areas, including cleaning, painting, and basic repairs.
• Landscaping : Maintain lawns, gardens, and trees by mowing, trimming, planting, and watering.
• Repair Work : Handle minor repairs such as fixing fences, gates, lighting, and outdoor furniture.
• Pool Maintenance : Clean and maintain community pools, ensuring they are safe and operational.
• Safety Inspections : Regularly inspect property for hazards and ensure safety standards are met.
• Equipment Maintenance : Service and repair maintenance tools and equipment as needed.
• Collaboration : Work with HOA management and residents to address maintenance requests or concerns.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Experience : Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a related field.
• Technical Skills : Ability to perform basic repairs such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
• Physical Fitness : Ability to lift heavy objects, stand, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail : Strong focus on keeping common areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with HOA management, residents, and vendors.
• Problem-Solving Abilities : Quick thinking and ability to handle maintenance issues efficiently.
• Valid Driver’s License : Some roles may require driving between locations or using maintenance vehicles.
• Safety Awareness : Knowledge of safety protocols and experience in maintaining a safe work environment.

$16.00 - $18.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 3 : 00pm
