Job Title : 2nd Shift Press Operator

Location : Johnson Creek, WI

Hours : Full-Time — Monday to Friday, 4 : 00 PM to 12 : 00 AM

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press equipment, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety and process standards. Prior experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Wear and maintain required PPE

Follow all SOPs and safety procedures

Read and follow operator guides and work instructions

Operate and maintain transfer presses efficiently

Keep pace with press cycle times

Trim, grind, punch, and date code parts after press removal

Conduct visual, in-process, and final inspections to identify and report defects

Remove gates, flash, and trim per customer standards

Sort parts by product type and label according to routing system

Maintain accurate records in material tracking software

Keep work area clean and organized

Assist with material handling and other tasks as needed
