The Product Manager sits at the forefront of CarSaver’s digital experience. We are seeking an EXPERIENCED product manager who wants to change how people interact with our product.

You will be the DRIVING FORCE behind how CarSaver delivers features and benefits. You are someone who takes pride in your work and pays very high attention to details.

You are an advanced PROBLEM SOLVER with a passion for design.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Using market research to get ideas for products that customers will want
• Helping to oversee the design and manufacture and planning how to market and promote the product to the public
• Defining product marketing communication objectives
• Comparing the company’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market
• Providing management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from management
• Work with Agile / Scrum development team, serving as Scrum Product Owner, to deliver features and services that solve customer problems
• Develop and maintain productive relationships business stakeholders to successfully accomplish the sprint plan and ultimately the release goals.
• Provide direction and vision to the development team and work with them right from the requirement gathering phase till project delivery
• Make an assessment of values to develop cases. Also, to prioritize the stories, themes, and epics to make the team focus on the product strategy.
• Offer user story elaboration, plan and manage iteration and backlogs.
• Understand the business goal and add value to achieve the best ROI
• Understand the market and the end-users to create the right road map for the product.
• Prioritize and plan product backlog to ensure timely completion of work during every sprint meeting
• Lead user acceptance testing for all new features and be responsible for final approval of features before acceptance into production
• Proactively communicate release details, progress, decisions, impediments, and risks
• Drive team sprint demos

Requirements : MUST HAVES

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years experience as an Product Manager for digital / online products
• Experience with Kanban, Scrum, or Lean and Agile software development
• Experience with Behavior-Driven Development user stories and acceptance criteria
• Solid foundation of software engineering principles.
• Ability to quickly learn new application systems and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think creatively and work independently on complex development tasks
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge and experience in the Automotive industry

WISH LIST

• Good understanding of API design
• Strong knowledge of web and network technologies and N-tier architecture.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Jira
