Job Description

OBGYN Hospitalist openings - Bettendorf, IA Located in Quad Cities area2-3 years of experience required Position Details :

  • 2 Full-time positions - including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
  • (7) 24-hour shifts per 4-week block
  • Full-scope OBGYN
  • Reason for openings : growth and community need
  • Opportunity to practice inpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic / hospital
  • Culture is very important. Long-term staff with little turnover. Supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences.
  • Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

Responsibilities

  • Management and delivery of OB patients admitted and triaged
  • Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
  • Evaluates, interprets, and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
  • Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
