Essential Functions
- Create reporting capabilities for use in communicating department activities to Senior Leadership as well as Customer Reporting Tracking and Databases
- Implement and manage SAI Global / Compliance platform to streamline department processes
- Assist with the establishment and maintenance of monitoring dashboards for both internal and vendor related monitoring activities
- Partners with the Information Security Team to ensure compliance with HITRUST, HIPAA and HITECH requirements
- Seek continuous process improvements within the compliance program
- Track compliance work plan activities
Qualifications
Required : A Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, or related field.
Equivalent : in lieu of degree, equivalent education and / or experience may be considered.
Required :
- 2 year or more of direct experience in compliance or business analysis in the healthcare sector
- Knowledgeable of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Compliance Program Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse personalities, and a wide variety of professional backgrounds and experiences
- Ability to work across departments and develop strong, respectful relationships, and to inspire confidence and to build trust in Ontrak, Inc.
- Experience working independently and in teams; able to maintain confidentiality and carry out leader directives.
Preferred :
3 years or more of direct experience compliance or business analysis in the healthcare sector

- Ability to analyze information, summarize findings, and present in ways easily understandable to decision makers.
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal, customer service, time management, and project management skills.
- Knowledge and experience with spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and MS Teams
- Critical thinking skills
- Above average technical abilities
