Territory Manager - Pain Management
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-oriented sales professional to join our team. You will be responsible for expanding the companies presence in the commercial pain management market across California, Arizona, and Nevada.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through prospecting via calls, emails, and research.
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations to convert leads into new customers.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
- Collaborate with key referral sources like nurse case managers and lawyers.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to develop effective sales strategies.
- Travel 1-2 weeks per month, ideally residing in Southern California.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, DME, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of pain management needs and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.
- Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
- Ability to travel as required.
A Plus
Educational background or experience in physical therapy or athletic training.
