Job Description :
Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Coordinator , where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our maintenance functions.
Your expertise will help us maintain efficiency and organization in our processes.
Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Order Parts & Supplies : Manage the procurement of necessary materials to keep operations running smoothly.
- Research & Price Quotes : Conduct thorough research to obtain competitive price quotes for parts and supplies.
- Financial Management : Maintain accurate financial logs and meticulous records to track expenditures and inventory.
- Inventory Oversight : Keep weekly inventory lists of parts and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Vendor Interaction : Communicate regularly with vendors for status updates and to verify paperwork accuracy.
- Reporting : Print and verify routine reports to ensure all received items are correctly documented and stored in their designated locations.
- Inventory Verification : Regularly check parts and equipment inventory to maintain a min / max balance.
