We are hiring skilled a Customer Service Representative !

Requirements for Customer Service Representative (included, but not limited to) :
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given by managers and leadership.
- Excellent customer service skills with Roscoe Brown staff and customers.
- Attention to detail with the call board, customers, and office staff.
- Convert incoming customer service calls into booked service appointments.
- Respond to customer requests, resolving issues with promoting the brand.
- Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
- Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.
- Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Daily follow-up on lost opportunities and outbound calling.
- Process customer payments while following company policy.
- Communicate with dispatch, Call Center Supervisor, and other leaders in the company.
- Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy to customers.
- Capability to use our software for booking calls, keeping notes, and utilizing a phone system.
- Organized and able to multitask successfully.
- Able to work independently with sound judgement while being an active listener.
- Driven to complete a task and start on a new one that provides new ideas for the call center.
