Requirements for Customer Service Representative (included, but not limited to) :

• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given by managers and leadership.
• Excellent customer service skills with Roscoe Brown staff and customers.
• Attention to detail with the call board, customers, and office staff.
• Convert incoming customer service calls into booked service appointments.
• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues with promoting the brand.
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
• Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.
• Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
• Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Daily follow-up on lost opportunities and outbound calling.
• Process customer payments while following company policy.
• Communicate with dispatch, Call Center Supervisor, and other leaders in the company.
• Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy to customers.
• Capability to use our software for booking calls, keeping notes, and utilizing a phone system.
• Organized and able to multitask successfully.
• Able to work independently with sound judgement while being an active listener.
• Driven to complete a task and start on a new one that provides new ideas for the call center.
