Job Responsibilities :
- Work collaboratively with business units to continuously maintain and improve Client Salesforce instance.
- Analyze the business requirements, design and implement the functionality in SFDC.
- Development, customization and administration with inside SFDC instance and integration between SFDC and other systems.
The development work will cover SFDC objects, workflows, Apex and other languages based coding, reports, etc.
- Support for requests from business or other teams.
- Monitor the SFDC instances for healthy and security.
- Manage the 3rd party integration within SFDC, includes evaluate, review and deploy the 3rd products, packages or source code implementations. Qualifications
o A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent education and experience), preferably in Computer Science or Engineering, along with a minimum of 5-years’ related work (not education) experience
o Experience in Salesforce development, customization and deployment. Programming experience in Salesforce Apex, SOQL, Java / JavaScript.
o Extensive working knowledge of HTTP / HTTPS, Web Service, Database and SQL, HTML and XML
o Knowledge of software development cycle and tools, include source code version management (git or svn)
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, task-focused, team environment involving technical and non-technical individuals is essential
o Strong initiative and self-starting approach, and ability to operate effectively in an organizational climate of rapid growth and change
