MINIMUM / PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS : Casino / Hotel experience is a plus. Ability to obtain / renew all government required licenses or certification.

EDUCATIONAny combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLSExcellent communication skills both written and oral. Must possess interpersonal skills to deal effectively with business contacts and employees at all levels of the company.

Must possess a strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, customers, and general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and to create and interpret bar graphs.REASONING ABILITYAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions through decisive judgment.

Ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONSMust be a minimum of 21 years of age. Champion of Customer Service and building positive team spirit.

Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekend hours and overtime as business needs dictate.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance visions, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES : Create an inviting socialized experience for all guests in the area by encouraging the gaming public to participate in all casino related drawings and promotions.

Emcee all casino or property wide events and promotions.Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, giving directions, supporting marketing initiatives and solicit interest nd sign-ups for casino events.

Entertain customers during their play by creating a festive and upbeat environment. To engage customers through appropriate interaction and nurture extended time in play.

Observe gaming activity and relay security concerns to appropriate personnel. Provide support to the Box Office and VIP Lounge when requested.

Using a computer, perform event management, record tournament and event data, complete and reconcile post event reports and audit packets.
