The Goddard School of Newtown Square is seeking qualified and experienced Lead PreKindergarten Teachers. The Goddard School is a premium preschool / childcare program that values teachers with the highest levels of professionalism and dedication to the field of early childhood education and those who instill a life-long love of learning among children.
Responsibilities :
- Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
- Using creativity and the Developmental Guidelines as the basis for developing unique lesson plans
- Supporting each childs social and emotional development
- Establishing positive and effective family relations
- Working together with an Assistant Teacher and in conjunction with the entire faculty
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or Child Development
- Bachelors Degree in related field with a minimum of 18 hours in education
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
