Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full prospective beneficiary cycle, including lead generation and securing the Scope of AppointmentEducate and guide prospective beneficiaries through Medicare options and the enrollment processDevelop partnerships with community organizations to create new membership growth opportunitiesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationMinimum two years of Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience in a call center settingBi-lingual in Spanish, Khmer, Creole, Mandarin, Arabic, or other languagesProficiency in Client Relationship Management systems and Microsoft Office suiteCurrent knowledge of CMS regulations related to marketing and enrollmentPreferred Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or business administration
