You will provide virtual support and care to children with autism and behavioral differences. Your compassion, patience, and problem-solving skills will contribute to exceptional children and their families.

This role will provide virtual support around Indiana with a caseload of up to 12. The ideal candidate will reside in Indiana and have a current BCBA certification.

Mentor aspiring behavior analysts, and technician teams while collaborating with colleagues
Set the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional standards
Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies
Experience Needed :
Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
Proficiency with behavioral assessments and intervention plans
Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
