About The Role : We are looking for a Product Management Director to lead the evolution of our flagship products to meet the needs of rapidly evolving market trends for our Property Management line of business.
We want a leader with a passion to innovate, and an entrepreneurial mindset who likes working backward from customer needs and solving complex ambiguous problems.
This is a mission-critical role with substantial scope, complexity, and executive visibility, and has a large opportunity for impact.
What You’ll Do :
- Manage global product roadmap for Global Pulse and be the primary point of contact for all Property Management (PM) products in the Americas region supporting the largest growth market.
- Make complex technology initiatives real, end-to-end, with a cross-organization virtual team; being highly collaborative and confident in driving from conception to global execution to support global strategy.
- Define vision, tech strategy, and a data driven roadmap for the products in charge to drive rapid execution and value delivery to the market.
- Develop the standard ways of operating and building within the tech platform in a way that is robust, secure, efficient, accessible, balanced, scalable.
- Employ design thinking best practices to build customer journeys, refine personas, and conduct customer research to represent the customer voice.
- Employ MVP and rapid prototyping approach to define, test, validate, and implement new features and ideas that delight the customer experience efficiently.
- Leverage latest AI / ML technologies to improve customer workflows and deliver innovative and groundbreaking features in the PM market.
- Establish and maintain successful relationships with a complex set of cross-functional collaborators across business segments, peers, and leadership.
What You’ll Need :
- Bachelor’s degree or equal work experience in Computer Science, Product Management, Information Systems, AI / ML, Data science, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of demonstrated ability in product management, digital product leadership, or management of technology delivery.
- Previous experience with the delivery of relevant digital products supporting internal and external customers, preferably in a global context.
- Proven experience managing technology products with a track record of delivering tangible business outcomes.
- Capable of analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable business recommendations.
- First-hand Design Thinking knowledge and background using third-party best-in-class tools where needed across the ecosystem.
- Ability to run and support a strong prioritization process that creates clarity for collaborators on what will happen, and what will not happen.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate and evangelize a strategy at every level of the organization.

Compensation : CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience.
The minimum salary for this position is $170,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $210,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
